Opposition Party?
January 29, 2017

When you oppose "the media" you oppose the people.

Media by definition is the variety of mediums by which people's voices are heard. Media is the medium by which we engage in dialogue in the public square.

There is no such thing as "the" media. There are many voices coming from many angles. Different outlets give voice to different people.

To say "the media" is the opposition is to say you oppose the voices of the people. When you oppose the media, you support silence. When you oppose the media you oppose the people, WE THE PEOPLE.
